Return Policy

We do not offer refunds.

On the rare occasion you receive a damaged product, follow the instructions under the damaged product policy.  A store credit can be issued upon resolution at the discretion of the associate.

 

Exchange policy

We do not accept or offer exchanges and/or returns of any products.

On the rare occasion, a product is received damaged please follow the following directions for a resolution. 

Please email us at support@cartiannadesigns.com within 7 days of receiving the damaged package. Include photos of the damaged product, your order number, and any other details you may have about your order within your email.  We will respond with a resolution as soon as possible!
