SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping Policy

It takes 3–7 days to fulfill an order, after which it’s shipped out. The shipping time depends on your location.  Estimated shipping times are as follows:

USA: 3–4 business days

Europe: 6–8 business days

Australia: 2–14 business days

Japan: 4–8 business days

International: 10–20 business days

Where will my order ship from?

Our orders are shipped from an on-demand print supplier. Your items can be shipped from anywhere within the U.S. .

 

My order should be here by now, but I still don't have it. What should I do? 

  • Before reaching out to Cartianna Designs Co., here are few things to consider:

  • Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address

  • Ask your local post office if they have your package

  • Check with neighbors and/or building management to ensure packages were not left some where else.

  • Once check list above has been completed and your package is still not found, email support@cartiannadedigns.com with order number and an associate will be in touch within 48hrs. 

* If address was misprinted due to purchaser's error, a new item can be resent; however, shipping is at the purchaser's expense. 

 

How do I track my order? 

Once order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. 

 

I received a damaged product, what should I do?

We’re so sorry if the product you ordered arrived damaged. To help us resolve this for you quickly, please email us at support@cartiannadesigns.com within 7 days of receiving package. Include photos of the damaged product, your order number, and any other details you may have about your order within your email.  We will respond with a resolution as soon as possible!
